Staff
Although we are a small firm, Dennis Richardson believes every client is important and deserves top quality legal representation. In his almost 30 years of private practice, Dennis Richardson has always strived to treat each client with the kindness, professionalism and competence which he would expect if the roles were reversed – and he was the client.
With this in mind, Mr. Richardson has assembled a legal team which shares these same values. Our legal team is confidential and pays attention to the little details as well as the bigger picture when it comes to the management of your case.
June Johnson – Legal Assistant
June Johnson is a legal assistant extraordinaire. She is the hub of the law firm and probably the first person you will see when you walk in. June has been with The Law Firm of Dennis Richardson, PC for three years. She handles medical records procurement, various administrative tasks, client contact, and file set-up and management. June has an eye for detail, a concern for each client, and a diligent work ethic.
June worked in the telecom industry managing large corporate accounts. Her career in telecom spanned 33 years including 26 years at Pacific Bell.
June loves, sewing, gardening and QVC. She is the proud mother of an ex professional baseball player (who was inducted into the Australian Hall of Fame). She loves her two granddaughters, and she is also the proud “parent” of two adorable dogs, Miles and Madison.
Debra Eggleston – Litigation Paralegal
Debbie Eggleston grew up in southern Oregon. She attended Eagle Point High School and Southern Oregon State College. She has worked in the capacity of legal secretary and paralegal for 18 years in Medford, Ashland and Newport, Oregon
Debbie also spent a year as a Legal Instructor and Externship Coordinator for Abdill Career College. Debbie’s primary responsibilities include medical summaries, client contact, assistance to Ms. Gross with litigation files and basic legal drafting.
Debbie’s non work hours are busy with parenting her 14-year-old daughter Shavelle and 18-month old daughter Taylor. She recreates by playing raquetball. She loves playing the piano (but isn’t sure people love listening to her), and she likes Nascar.
Theron Harmon – Law Firm Manager
Theron Harmon is the Business Manager for the Law Firm. He supervises the accounting, marketing and general business management of the firm. He also enjoys working in the law and aspires to enter law school in the near future. Theron brings to the table years of experience in operating and consulting small businesses. Theron enjoys paralegal work and client contact. He really becomes enthusiastic, when he is able to apply his mathematical and analytical skills to assist the attorneys in understanding how a case impacts a person economically. Theron graduated Brigham Young University cum laude in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Russian minor. Theron also enjoys writing and editing, and worked for a couple years as a journalist.
A father of six and active in his church, Theron has very little spare time. But when he does have time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Valerie, building models and playing board games with his children, remodeling projects, reading, mountain biking and hiking.
However, we at the Law Firm of Dennis Richardson have a different attitude than some of our competitors about the attorney-client relationship. We feel a person should not be intimidated by their attorney. Some attorneys have lavish and stuffy offices, and they talk down to their clients. We believe an attorney should be approachable, informative and compassionate, as well as aggressive or steadfast when necessary.
